Foundation Learning Teacher - Permanent - £27,850 to £31,280 per annum
Foundation learning is a provision in place to enable students experiencing barriers to learning to progress onto a higher-level programme, where this might not previously have been possible. For our teachers this can be challenging, but also extremely rewarding.
An interest in multi-trades (either a construction or engineering skill) is key, although there is no requirement to have a formal engineering qualification at this stage, as we will invest in and upskill the right candidates. The successful candidate can be new to teaching or an experienced Foundation Learning Teacher – we are looking for someone who will work hard to transform the lives of our young people and support them onto a positive future.
