As our Motor Vehicle Workshop Instructor, you'll provide practical, hands-on training to equip learners with the skills to succeed in the automotive industry. Your role will be key in developing students, offering guidance in the workshop, supporting their learning, and tracking progress. You’ll also ensure the space is safe, organised, and inspiring—boosting confidence and encouraging growth.
You’ll deliver engaging demonstrations, prepare materials, and maintain a safe, well-equipped environment. Collaboration is vital, as you’ll work with staff to plan and deliver practical elements of courses, share updates on progress, and help the workshop run smoothly.

About you
We’re looking for a passionate and skilled automotive professional, eager to inspire students. You’ll have hands-on experience in automotive repair, with a solid grasp of industry standards. Comfortable in the workshop, you'll deliver practical training, communicate effectively, and maintain a safe learning environment.
We’re seeking someone who is dedicated to student success, with the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual needs. Experience working with diverse age groups is a plus. A commitment to health and safety, and effective resource management is essential.
