The opportunity
As our Apprenticeship Support Officer, you’ll play a key role in guiding and supporting our apprentices and their employers, helping them stay on track and succeed in their learning journey. This is your chance to make a real impact, offering hands-on support that empowers our apprentices to build their skills, grow in confidence, and take the next step in their chosen careers.
You’ll plan and conduct interim progress reviews, keeping a close eye on each apprentice’s development and stepping in to tackle any challenges they may face. Tracking and recording progress against training plans will be a big part of your role, ensuring our apprentices get the right support when they need it. You’ll also make sure that agreed actions from reviews are followed up effectively, keeping everything on track.
Managing key data and records within our apprenticeship management system will also be essential to maintaining accurate, up-to-date information that helps drive our apprentices to success. On top of that, you’ll support key surveys and reviews, contributing to ongoing improvements across our apprenticeship provision.
This role is all about people—you’ll be building strong relationships with our apprentices and employers, providing tailored support that meets individual needs. You’ll also work closely with our Business Development and Delivery teams, developing a deep understanding of apprenticeship programmes so you can offer the best possible guidance and help shape future opportunities.

With your problem-solving mindset, you’ll be ready to step in and support our apprentices whenever they need a helping hand.
Collaboration is also key—you’ll work closely with our apprentices and employers, providing tailored support. You’ll also team up with internal colleagues to enhance the apprenticeship experience and contribute to ongoing improvements.
